Sweets or anything heavy should be consumed in the earlier part of the day, and not at the night as you should not give a lot of work to your body and its metabolism when it is about to rest at night. And contrary to belief, fat is essential for your diet but in suitable proportions only. Include a lot of fiber in your diet also as this will help you to work your metabolism and also help to remove roughage. Apart from your diet also ensure to have an exercise regimen for yourself.
